The hotel is situated on the 20th level with comfortable beds and modern air conditioning. As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I knew the location was perfect, right across the Central Chaengwattana mall and with a nice view of the public park nearby. The room on the 20th level was modern with excellent air conditioning and comfy beds. The service, unfortunately, was a bit lacking as the receptionist seemed unprepared. However, the facilities were top-notch, making my stay comfortable.
